Punkbuster communication problem

Hello I keep getting kicked by Punkbuster with some communication error.
I'm sure I followed instructions proper, please can you help me?

Hi,
It will be one of the following issues:
1. Your firewall blocking PunkBusterA or PunkBusterB
2. Your Punkbuster installation needs updating.
3. You dont have PunkBusterA or PunkBusterB installed.
Run the PunkBuster install/repair tool and then use the PunkBuster auto updater to update your installation.

I had this problem and running the repair tool then the auto updater fixed it for me!

I got it working, I had PunkBusterA/B installed and it was up to date.
The problem was in Windows security firewall allowed apps the box next to PunkBuster was unchecked. I checked the box and now I dont get kicked. Thanks all
